COMPANY PURPOSE
Web2Web Innovation S. L. (hereinafter “W2W”), the company responsible for the present website (hereinafter, “Website”), places at the disposal of users the present document with which it seeks to fulfil its obligations under the LSSI, as well as informing all users of the Website regarding the conditions for using the Website.
Everyone who enters this Website becomes a user, committing themselves to the rigorous observance of and compliance with the herein, as well as any other legal provisions which may apply.
W2W reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the Website, including this Legal Notice, at any time, it being understood that publication on the Website is sufficient.
USE OF THE WEBSITE
The Website can provide access to a multitude of texts, graphics, designs, drawings, code, software, pictures and information (hereinafter, “Contents”), belonging to W2W or third parties to whom the user can have access.
The User recognises and accepts that access to and use of the Website and/or the Contents included on it take place freely and consciously at their own risk.
The user promises to make proper and lawful use of the Website and its Contents in accordance with the applicable laws and the present Legal Notice.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The Website, including but not limited to, its programming, editing, compilation and other elements needed for its operation, the designs, logos, text and/or graphics are property of W2W or, where applicable, it has a licence or express authorisation from their authors. All the contents of the Website are duly protected by the laws governing intellectual and industrial property, as well as being listed on the corresponding public registries.
W2W does not grant any licence or authorisation for use of any type regarding its intellectual and industrial property rights. Thus, regardless of the purpose, by virtue of the provisions of Legislative Royal Decree 1/1996, of 12 April, by which the Spanish Consolidated Intellectual Property Law was approved, as well as Law 17/2001, of 7 December, regarding Brands and the complementary laws related to intellectual and industrial property, it is forbidden to reproduce, transmit, adapt, translate, distribute, publicly disseminate, including in the modality of ‘making available to the public’ or to otherwise make use of or modify, totally or partially, the Contents without the prior express authorisation of W2W. Any use not previously authorised by W2W shall be considered a serious infringement of the intellectual and industrial property rights of W2W.
The designs, logos, text and/or graphics from outside W2W that may appear on the Website belong to their respective owners, they themselves being liable for any dispute that may arise regarding them. In any case, W2W has the express, prior authorisation of those owners.
W2W expressly authorises third-parties to link directly to specific contents of the Website.
W2W acknowledges the industrial and intellectual property rights corresponding to their owners. Any appearance or mention on the Website does not imply any rights or liabilities whatsoever on the part of W2W, nor any support, sponsorship or recommendation from it.

LIABILITY
W2W is exempt from any liability arising from the information published on its Website whenever that information has been entered or manipulated by an external third party.
W2W states that it has taken the necessary steps that, given the state of the art of the technology, allow the proper operation of the Website, as well as its freedom from viruses and harmful components. However, W2W cannot be liable for: (i) the continuance or availability of the Contents or the proper operation of the Website 24 hours a day, 365 days a year; (ii) the absence of errors in said Contents nor the correction of any error that might occur; (iii) the absence of viruses and/or other harmful components; (iv) the damages that any person who breaches the security systems of W2W may cause.

Given that W2W cannot always control the contents entered by third parties on their websites, it assumes no liability of any type for said contents. W2W assumes no liability for the information or contents stored, including but not limited to, on forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks or whatever other medium that allows third parties to post contents independently of the W2W web page. Nonetheless, and in compliance with the provisions of Arts. 11 and 16 of the LSSI, W2W places itself at the disposal of all users, authorities and security forces, actively cooperating in the removal or blocking, as the case may be, of all those contents that may concern or contravene national or international law, the rights of third parties or morality or public order. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
W2W is deeply committed to complying with Spanish regulations regarding the protection of data of a personal nature, and warrants complete compliance with the obligations stipulated, as well as the implementation of the security measures laid down in Organic Law 3/2018, from december 5, on the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature (LOPD) and in the Implementing Regulations of the LOPD.
